PETER AND JOHN PORPOLIS 5000 is a high strength propolis and contains a guaranteed 70mg of Flavonoids per each capsule. Propolis is a natural substance that bees make using resins and gums collected from plants and trees.

Bees use propolis to strengthen and protect the hive. Propolis is high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidant flavonoids, and has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains :
Propolis extract, equivalant to 5,000mg fresh
Encapsulation aids.

No added yeast, gluten, wheat, egg, dairy, soy, artificial colors, preservatives, flavours and sweeteners.

Recommended Dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily.
For enhanced dose take 2 capsules daily.
All doses to be taken daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Not to be taken during pregnancy or lactation.
Not to be taken by those with bee product allergies.

Keep out of reach of children.
