DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 1 VegeCapsule daily.
Children (age 12+): Take 1 VegeCapsule daily.
Children (age3+): Empty 1 VegeCapsule and mix into food daily.
Children (age 12 months+): Empty 1 VegeCapsule and mix into formula or milk daily. Best taken with food, or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
